    Hello,

I think I need some help please.

After some difficulty I was able to use RkDevTool to enter loader and mask modes. Its very important which RkDevTool version to use apparently.
Also OS Tool on StationOS image is very useful.

What I really want is AndroidTV on emmc and UBuntu on M2.ssd.
I have compiled Ubuntu w 5.10 kernel from gitlab, great, and I can write to M2.ssd with StationOS tool.

But I'm strugglig with AndroidTV11 raw image to get into emmc. My knowledge is not enough (yet) about difference between raw image and emmc image.
I understand RAW image is full image with partition table and all partitions like efi, uboot, reserved, firmware etc. I used loop device to investigate and there is alot going on there.

I understand emmc image contains less (only firmware?) but I dont understand fully yet and not sure how to comvert.

Can you please make an emmc image from AndroidTV 11 image?

Also I see on M3 you have android 12 tv. And google is working on 13.
Is it much work to make newer androids for M2? I would be willing to help, I am very interested in this.

    Thx realcam

Sometimes I can be a bit ... slow...

I have Ubuntu on my SSD. All I had to do was 'dd' the raw image to /dev/mmcblk0.

    Hello,

I think I need some help please.

I'll see if I can add some of the Android 12 features to Station M2 firmware soon.

You can try Kodi with the Netflix addon.
    https://xdaforums.com/t/app-mod- ... le-rcu-mod.4395017/ - Needs updating the addon
    https://github.com/CastagnaIT/plugin.video.netflix

Or in the Unlinked app - code 'Stationpc' store I added Netflix apps, not sure if they still work.

    Also look at Stremio.

Thanks yes I saw the ones on unlinked and tried the androidtv version and the android mobile version.
With the atv version it wouldnt let me in saying wrong password but its correct.
Now I'm worried is my password compromised. :)

When I try the AndroidTV versions from APKMirror or APKPure they install and start, too, but every connect attempt ends in error UI-800-3 & UI-113 which indicates network error cant reach retflix server and/or crecentials. However the same screen where it gives me this error comes with a few options 'reset netflix', retry', 'check connectivity'. When I do 'check connectivity' it comes all clear, internet ok, netflix server1 ok, netflix server2, netflix server3 ok. Very strange.
Thinking about this I wonder is it a securing of the line for auth problem? ssh, ssl or certs or something?

What is even stranger is that I was able to install and use the netflix android mobile versions only the picture quality was crap, SD or worse, and its also really unusable since the UI doesn't work on androidtv and you need the air mouse to do anything at all.

Anyone got netflix atv working on this androidtv version? And if yes what did you do?
