thank you but, unfortunately :
-on my usual monitor there is no video signal
-I must plug the M1 on a TV to have boot messages display then xfce
-once in xfce, when one click on the greyed bluetooth icon it disappears !
-a look at hciconfig shows hci0 has no mac address so something is wrong with low level bluetooth
-sshd doesn't work
-web browser don't launch
Ok. Will post image with updated hdmi drivers from LibreELEC, maybe it works better.
Can you post, zip all latest logs from M1 Armbian 5.x test image from Armbian forum balbes150 made? Will send to Rockchip if they perhaps have a solution for bluetooth. If bluetooth is very urgent to use, a $3 USB bt dongle will work easier as USB bt drivers are fully supported. Bt Realtek drivers over serial console is still very new and complicated.
I know there is cheap USB BT dongle but it takes an USB port (and the new IR dongle another one).
You'll find at http://ix.io/3Zik logs of Armbian_22.05.1_Station-m1_jammy_current_5.17.9.img.xz.
It seem's there is something wrong with the 8723ds firmware loading.
Thanks for your help
@Chris4arm
I managed to build Ubuntu image and tested Chromium browser and ssh worked and is installed by default.
If ssh is not installed, you can also rum armbian-config app and select to install it.
It seems Ubuntu 22.04 works better than 20.04.
Can I make 22.04 instead or are there software you need that only works on 20.04?
actually what i need is a Debian based server image, ideally ArmBian, with Bluetooth support.
Unfortunately nothing I've tried so far with a 5.x kernel has worked
If you think Ubuntu 22.04 supports Bluetooth, I'll try it...
Will this work?

Hi,
Thanks @lonewolf31 but this is with the old 4.4 kernel. I'm looking for a 5.x one.
Is it available ?
Chris
Here is a 5.17 kernel image
