I just received my Station M1 and was surprised to found an USB IR dongle with the remote.
I noted the remote don't work with the integrated IR receiver and that the dongle is necessary.
So a USB port is lost :(

Hi Chris,

Yes we used IR remote before but the recognition range is not so wide, so we changed it to the remote we use now. We can provide the code for you to set a IR remote, but we recommend to use a bluetooth remote or a game controller if you don't want to lose a USB port.

Hi Station Helper,

BT would be nice but I want to use Armbian on the M1 and BT is not supported on it's kernel
