Windows is not supported on ARM devices.
For Kodi, download the latest version from their website.
Rockchip devices definitely support audio passthrough.
You must also enable it in Kodi System - Audio Settings.
You can try the ARMV8 (64-bit) one.

No it said "Install Failed" when trying to install Kodi 19. I previously said changed the settings to Install from Unknown Sources

Maybe there is a preinstalled one that first need to be uninstalled somewhere.
You need to root android first, then overwrite the pre-installed kodi with kodi 19, and then restart the device
The TrueHD issue is fixed with new firmware and video also plays smoother.
The RK3568 supports VP9 HDR as well as 10-bit H264 which the Nvidia Shield doesn't support.
I will release the new firmware next week.
